Devon kitesurfer and FlySpain student pilots makes mega jump

Just before Xmas Olly Bridge joined us on one of our Club pilot Courses that we run regularly here in Spain. Having been kite surfing since he was a toddler, Olly, now 23, is now a leading kiters in the UK. Accruing his fair share of Competition titles form Junior champion to more recent European racing titles. He got inspired to try his hand at Paragliding from a fellow competitor. 

He joined us for a week of paragliding soaring and ground handling, needless to say his kite skills came in really handy for the ground handling and reverse launching. Kite surfing really helps to understand the dynamics of flying your paraglider, you understand the pendular force and get to grips with the feeling of the wing in turns and flight.  

The bonus is when its too light for kite surfing its ideal for Paragliding... anyway here his video of from his most recent kiteing.
