Training in the sun....
The weather has been absolutely perfect, you couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week for doing your Paraglider Training, a perfect mid 20’s everyday, glorious warm sunshine and crisp autumnal evenings. Andalucia couldn’t have done us more proud. With perfect paragliding conditions our students were able to fly a full six tuition days out of six and not only did they literally fly through the BHPA Club Pilot syllabus they also accumulated a fantastic three hours airtime under their belts. You really couldn’t ask for a better start to your Paragliding career.
October in Spain is famously popular as a great Paragliding month in any pilots calendar. Its not just the fact that as the weather deteriorates in the UK and the Spanish autumn stays warm and dry but also that autumn conditions are smooth and easy so perfect for both learning to paraglide and also to crank up hours over winter.
Our five Club Pilot students have joined us this week from all over the globe despite the difficulties they faced due to quarantine and travel restrictions, Chris from Jersey, Olivia from Sweden, Peter from Barcelona , Owen from Scotland and Cristine from Norway, its been a truly international week, all now looking forward to taking to the winter skies in their respective countries, Covid permitting.
So if you are feeling the need to escape from the strains and stresses and the daily mounting restrictions we are here to offer you clean air, large spaces and almost no people, taking to the skies couldn’t be a safer place to be!
