We offer free shipping to UK addresses for all orders over £30; all orders under £30 shipping is charged at £3.99 for 1st Class Royal Mail. For orders to be sent outside the UK we will inform you of the shipping costs by email when we process your order. You will need to reply to this email and confirm that the shipping cost is acceptable before we will send your goods.
Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Parcel force. Please note : All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependent on the Post Office and couriers. This means that you if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven't received your order within 3-4 days then please contact us.
If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via the contact page, email us or call 0208 1442087 or +34 651331008 as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery) if you contact us within 7 working days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product. Any delivery charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. You should call us for a return number before returning any item to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible. when you do return the product, always include daytime contact details.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
All orders must be paid for by credit card, UK debit card, paypal or bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Maestro. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and credit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
