Upon returning from FlySpain´s Tow and Winch training camp in Argentina i got back to greet some familia faces all set to begin Mays first Pilot thermalling course. It was really nice to catch up with the EP, CP trio of Nigel, Rob and Laura who had all trained together with us the previous September. It was nice to welcome a new face
Aprils Club Pilot paragliding course was a cracker with 3 of the Elementary Pilots staying on, and 2 new faces joining us for what the forecast was shaping up to be a good weeks flying. The week got off to a good start the sun had returned and the winds were light.
The first Paragliding EP course of April 2012 got off to a great start with 8 budding new faces waiting at the airport to start the weeks Paragliding adventure. Despite a forecast of a few April showers the overcast conditions allowed for smooth steady air that enabled us to be out on the hill nearly all day.
It's middle of March and our latest group of pilots have shown great aptitude and great humour. Our latest guided week has comprised of pilots from the Sussex and London area and South Wales, from Cardiff to Carmarthen.
Our first paragliding guided week of March 2012 has seen epic flying everyday. Between Rob and Lee the guys have had some great flying, some with the Vultures, now famous in these parts for their love of flying with paragliders...
